Parents

We believe that parents play a vital role in their children's education and that children achieve their best when teachers and parents/carers work in partnership for the benefit of the children.  Parents meet teachers informally on a daily basis when they can talk about their children and, if necessary, request further meetings.  We also hold regular Parents' Information Evenings during the year to enable parents to support their children's learning.  Parents are also invited to a range of special events throughout the year such as drama productions, church services, sporting events and Parents' Evenings.  Huxley has a highly successful, active PFA who annually raise amoney for the school through organised events and initiatives.
